  • Uncategorized

The GIST Multiplier Event (ME) was a successful event held on May 4th, 2023, at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology in Karlsruhe, Germany. The event was organized to disseminate the GIST project and brought together professors and students from various fields who were interested in the project’s outcomes.

The objectives of the event were to introduce the project and its context, present the GIST project and its e-Learning platform, showcase the developed materials and didactic examples, and evaluate the event and its content, receiving feedback from the participants.

The ME was structured in a way that allowed the attendees to get a comprehensive view of the project. During the session, the project’s results were presented, starting from the project’s context and consortium, and leading up to the different intellectual outputs and the e-Learning platform, illustrating how each step was carried out. Special emphasis was placed on the contents, methodology, and e-Learning platform, which was the backbone of the project’s dissemination.

The attendees were actively involved in the event. After the presentation of the results, there was a space for questions, which allowed the attendees to clarify any doubts they had about the project. Following the Q&A session, a networking aperitif was served, providing an opportunity for the attendees to interact with one another and exchange ideas.

The ME concluded with the presentation of the event’s conclusions and a satisfaction survey, which was conducted by the participants. The analysis of the survey results showed that the attendees were highly satisfied with the event, always above 90%. This high level of satisfaction is a testament to the quality of the project and the effectiveness of the dissemination strategy.

In conclusion, the GIST Multiplier Event (E1) successfully achieved its objectives. The positive feedback received from the attendees indicates that the event was well-received and met their expectations.
