  • Uncategorized

“Facilitator for Bionic Transformation” online training course addresses the challenges faced by furniture companies in keeping up with technological transformation.

The primary target audience is small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the furniture and associated sectors, as well as national and regional support institutions. By enhancing their technical and soft skills and leadership qualities, they can become better equipped to keep up with the increasing technological transformation in the furniture and wood sector.

The learners can choose among four available courses that suit their needs best:

  • Company Bionic Transformation Facilitator
  • General Bionic Transformation Facilitator
  • Facilitator for Bionic Transformation Fostering
  • Bionic Transformation Facilitator

By taking the free, online e-learning course that provides 128 hours of engaging content, they can learn about the most cutting-edge technologies that are driving the bionic transformation, including big data, cloud services, 3D printing and custom manufacturing, augmented reality and virtual reality, and robotics.

They can also learn about soft skills like design thinking, strategic thinking, and planning that are essential for bionic transformation.

Furthermore, they can gain knowledge on how to navigate the complex landscape of digital transformation by learning about resources available such as technology parks, industry associations, and funding programs.

The case studies and examples from real-world companies provide a practical perspective and the overview of competencies required to manage processes inside the company and its interaction with other companies.

Companies often have diverse teams with employees from different cultural backgrounds. That’s why we dedicate a section to intercultural mediation.

The training material is delivered in seven different languages, including English, German, Spanish, Croatian, French, Polish, and Slovenian making it accessible to a wide range of SMEs across Europe.

Ultimately, taking the course can help companies achieve a “bionic status” by combining human creativity, technology, transversal, and leadership skills to achieve more productive operations and greater innovation.
