The GIST Multiplier Event (ME) was a successful event held on May 18th, 2023, at the Institute for Development and International Relations in Zagreb and at PRAXIS – College for Knowledge (Učilište za praktična znanja) in Karlovac. The event was organised simultaneously in two cities with participants in classrooms in hybrid form through ZOOM platform in order to disseminate the GIST project to a wider audience interested in the project’s outcome. The participants were end users and intermediate users (students, teachers, project managers, public authorities) who want to learn more about the bionic status and what they could learn for their professional future.

The objectives of the event were to introduce the project and its context, present the GIST project and its e-Learning platform, showcase the developed materials and didactic examples, and evaluate the event and its content, receiving feedback from the participants.

The ME was structured in a way that allowed the attendees to get a comprehensive view of the project. During the session, the project’s results were presented, starting from the project’s context and consortium, and leading up to the different intellectual outputs and the e-Learning platform, illustrating how each step was carried out. Special emphasis was given to the contents, methodology, and e-Learning platform, which was the backbone of the project’s dissemination.

The attendees were actively involved in the event. After the presentation of the results, the participants gave their feedback/suggestions about the project outcomes and outputs.

The ME concluded with a short discussion on the project. Some attendants give their opinion about the project and the results achieved. The participants answered the questionnaire and the general results were very positive. The analysis of the survey results showed that the attendees were highly satisfied with the event, which is a testament to the quality of the project and the effectiveness of the dissemination strategy.

In conclusion, the GIST Multiplier Event (E2) organised in Zagreb and Karlovac simultaneously fulfilled its main objective which was to disseminate the results of the project at national level, with the ultimate aim that as many target groups as possible could take advantage of the opportunities that can be provided by all the e-learning courses of the GIST project, which is available on the different partners language, created exclusively for  this project.
